Getting started
Upload your visuals, answer 3 questions, then download your export to add your products to your store.
Print designs are PNG illustrations you place on products like t-shirts or mugs. We generate the presentation visuals. Apparel photos are real garment photos analyzed to create the product pages.
Current prices and included units are listed on the Pricing page.
1 color + 1 size = 1 combination. Example: black t-shirt, size M = 1 combination. A product with 3 colors and 4 sizes gives you 12 combinations.
Some images need more processing. If it takes too long, you can retry or contact us.
Import and export
Download your export from "I export". In Shopify: Products → Import → select the export → click Import. Done.
Open "My creations" and run the project export again. A generated export remains downloadable for 7 days. Uploads not attached to a project are deleted after 30 days; project files remain until the project or account is deleted.
Before starting the creation, choose an image weight option. "Balanced" is recommended. "Ultra-light" creates a smaller export.
Shopify downloads the images from our servers. It can take a few minutes. Refresh the page.
Payments and balance
Open "My balance" to see the top-up options and payment status currently available.
If no product page is created, the reserved units are credited back. For a partial result, only the units for product pages that were not created are credited back. Contact us for any other request.
Follow the message shown on screen. Check your card details or try again later; if the payment service is unavailable, no purchase is completed.
Print designs
PNG with a transparent background is recommended. JPG and JPEG are also accepted. For print designs, each side must be at least 1000 pixels.

Apparel photos
AI analyzes your photos and automatically detects product groups for the same model in different colors. You can adjust the groups before confirming.
You can edit the colors suggested by AI in the "I confirm" step. Click the color swatch to change it.
My account
My account → Settings → Delete my account. The verified purge removes your account, projects, products, files, sessions and operational caches. Accounting records are isolated and may be retained for up to 10 years after the close of the fiscal year when required by law.
My account → Settings → Export my data. Progress and the 7-day download link appear on that page. An email is also sent when delivery succeeds.
On the login page, click "Forgot password?". You will receive an email with a reset link.
