Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale govern the use of the Studio Creativariant service available at creativariant.com. By using the service, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services provided

Studio Creativariant provides an automatic ecommerce product page generation service from user-uploaded visuals, powered by AI.

  • Apparel photos mode: generation from garment photos according to the current pay-as-you-go pricing shown on the Pricing page.
  • Print designs mode (Print-on-Demand): generation from PNG designs with presentation visuals according to the current pay-as-you-go pricing shown on the Pricing page.

3. Pricing and payment

The Pricing page shows the current amounts supplied by the service. Displayed prices include taxes. Payment is made by card through Stripe; the final amount is shown before payment.

Charges are made when generation starts, not when the upload happens.

4. Balance and credits

If no listing is created, the corresponding reservation is credited back. For a partial result, only the units for listings that were not created are credited back. Any other refund is handled under the applicable legal rules and the payment provider's confirmed procedure.

5. Intellectual property

KARA does not claim rights over content supplied by the user. Subject to third-party rights, applicable law, and provider terms, the user may use generated content, which may not be unique.

6. Liability

AI-assisted suggestions may contain errors. You must review product pages before import. Mandatory legal rights and guarantees remain applicable.

7. Duration and cancellation

Sign-up is free. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation and plan changes are handled through the Stripe portal when available; the applicable terms are shown before confirmation.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. In case of a material change, you will be informed by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The parties first seek an amicable solution. The competent courts are determined by the mandatory rules applicable to the customer.
